This major national firm is seeking to recruit an experienced medical negligence Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 year years post admission experience to join its high performing insurance team. Work will include a broad range of both advisory and litigious civil claims involving medical practitioners and hospitals, as well as coronial inquests.
The position will suit a highly ambitious and bright lawyer with a passion for negligence law and experience working on complex matters acquired at a well-regarded defendant practice. You will be capable of running a high volume of matters autonomously, as well as mentoring more junior lawyers in the team. You will be engaging, credible and confident with good practical and theoretical knowledge in negligence matters within the public health system.
