This role is within a highly regarded and sought after international firm who are well known for the client service approach.  With a strong foundation of principles and values regarding how they practice, this unique approach has seen them ranked as one of the top 10 international corporate law firms over many years.

The global disputes team is needing the expertise of an experienced litigation secretary to provide support to a busy and high performing team.  Your day will be co-ordinating their schedules and ensuring the smooth running of the practice.  The work is highly interesting across various jurisdictions, you certainly will be kept intrigued.  Your daily duties will include:

* Extensive diary management
* Booking client meetings
* Travel co-ordination
* Preparation of Court document and correspondence preparation
* Preparing briefs to Counsel
* Client liaison
* Dictaphone typing
* File management – opening and closing matters, send out bills
* All general administrative and PA support as directed

The successful candidate for this role will be well spoken, corporately presented, possess a can-do attitude and have a previous litigious or intellectual property background. You will need to be on your game and one step ahead of your team.  Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must, as is fast and accurate typing. Experience in a high volume practice will also be looked upon favourably for this opportunity.
