Working 8:30 to 5:00pm, this role will require you to provide top level secretarial support to a Partner and wider team who focus on Building & Construction law. They are strong believers in developing your career and therefore this is the perfect role for someone looking to take the next step! Your duties will include, though not limited to: 

* Diary management 
* Preparation of document and correspondence preparation (including edits using track changes) 
* Client liaison 
* Dictaphone typing 
* Travel arrangements 
* Monthly billing – using Affinity 
* File management 

The successful candidate for this role will be polished, professional, well spoken, possess a can-do attitude and have previous experience as a legal secretary. Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must, as is fast and accurate typing. Knowledge of Affinity and the litigation process highly desirable though not essential for application.
