This well known mid-tier firm are seeking to hire an experienced employment lawyer to take over an established client base. The role is available as the previous partner has moved in-house and as such there is no one to take over his practice. This is a rare opportunity as it does not require the candidate to bring clients. You will act for private and public sector employers in various industries across a even mix of advisory and litigation matters including discrimination and sexual harassment, award interpretation, disciplinary actions and dismissals, transfer of business issues and employment contracts.

The right candidate will have a minimum of 6 years pae and be able to run matters with very limited supervision. For more senior candidate who bring clients a more generous salary package is on offer.
