Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, format, and proofread complex legal documents and compliance reports
Extensive diary and inbox management, plus meeting coordination
Organise and manage local and international travel arrangements
Coordinate end-to-end events, including conferences and internal functions
Assist with monthly billing, timesheet entry, and financial reporting
Liaise with clients, experts, and third parties
Maintain and file confidential documents with accuracy and discretion
About You:
Proven experience as a Legal EA/PA, ideally supporting at Partner or Senior level
Exposure to or interest in cybersecurity, technology, or transactional law is highly desirable
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, billing systems, and file management
Impeccable attention to detail and organisational ability
Proactive, professional, and confident communicator
Able to work autonomously and handle sensitive matters discreetly
