Legal Executive Assistant – Cyber Security

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and proofread complex legal documents and compliance reports

  • Extensive diary and inbox management, plus meeting coordination

  • Organise and manage local and international travel arrangements

  • Coordinate end-to-end events, including conferences and internal functions

  • Assist with monthly billing, timesheet entry, and financial reporting

  • Liaise with clients, experts, and third parties

  • Maintain and file confidential documents with accuracy and discretion


About You:

  • Proven experience as a Legal EA/PA, ideally supporting at Partner or Senior level

  • Exposure to or interest in cybersecurity, technology, or transactional law is highly desirable

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, billing systems, and file management

  • Impeccable attention to detail and organisational ability

  • Proactive, professional, and confident communicator

  • Able to work autonomously and handle sensitive matters discreetly
