An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking & Finance Associate (3+ years PQE) to join a highly regarded national law firm’s Corporate & Institutional Banking and Finance team during a period of strong growth.
You’ll work across a diverse range of complex and innovative finance matters, including:
Corporate finance and acquisition finance
Secured and unsecured lending
Property and construction finance
Real estate and project financing
Debt capital markets and structured finance
You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative, people-first environment where you’ll have the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise and build strong client relationships with major banks, alternative lenders, corporates, and investors.
You are a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working on challenging finance matters and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You will bring:
3+ years’ experience in front-end banking and finance matters (private practice preferred)
Excellent drafting, communication, and relationship management skills
A proactive attitude and desire to learn and grow within a supportive team
