As a Lawyer in the Banking and Finance team, you will work closely with experienced legal professionals and gain exposure to a diverse range of transactions. The role provides a supportive environment for career growth and professional development.
Conduct legal research on banking and finance laws and regulations to support accurate and up-to-date advice.
Draft and review legal documents relating to banking and finance transactions, including loan agreements, mortgages, security documents, and regulatory compliance.
Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing legal support under the guidance of senior lawyers to progress and settle matters.
Use PEXA for efficient electronic conveyancing.
Contribute to due diligence processes, ensuring comprehensive legal review of banking and finance matters.
Manage and organise legal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Admitted as an Australian legal practitioner with 2–4 years’ post-admission experience.
Experience in banking and finance, title transactions, commercial leasing, and residential/commercial property matters.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
