About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join a dynamic corporate finance team. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of matters, including corporate finance, property and construction finance, fund work, asset finance, receivables financing, and advisory work across multiple areas, including PPSA.
You will work closely with senior team members on diverse and challenging matters, building strong client relationships and developing your expertise across multiple fields of banking and finance law.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
2-6 years’ PQE in banking and finance, commercial, or property law in a reputable firm;
Strong ability to work independently and manage matters efficiently;
Excellent client service skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach;
Resilience, commitment, and a collaborative mindset.
