Join a nationally recognised Banking & Finance team that works with major Australian banks, private credit providers and blue-chip clients on complex transactions across corporate, health, real estate and project development finance.
The opportunity
We’re recruiting for a Senior Associate to take end-to-end responsibility for transactions within a high-performing, collaborative team. You’ll work closely with well-regarded partners and a sub-team of lawyers and paralegals on a diverse portfolio of matters. The environment supports relationship-building with both new and existing clients, offering clear pathways to progression.
Key aspects of the role include:
• Leading transactions and managing matters autonomously
• Mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the team
• Drafting and reviewing complex documentation
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Driving commercial outcomes alongside a highly supportive team
