The Opportunity
This role offers exposure to some of the most complex and high-stakes litigation in the market, including large-scale class actions, corporate disputes, regulatory investigations and public inquiries. You’ll play a key role across all stages of proceedings—from evidence preparation and advice work to briefing counsel and courtroom strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
Advising on large-scale corporate and regulatory litigation
Assisting with internal investigations and responding to inquiries
Drafting legal documents, briefs, witness and expert evidence
Managing correspondence with clients, regulators, and counsel
Participating in strategic legal thinking with senior lawyers and partners
About You
2–4 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation or regulatory disputes
Familiarity with proceedings in the Federal or Supreme Courts
Experience working on class actions or regulatory investigations (preferred)
Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
A collegiate, proactive mindset and desire to grow within a leading disputes team
