Are you an ambitious commercial litigator ready to take the next step in your career? We are working with a leading national commercial law firm seeking a Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join its high-performing Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in Sydney, with a strong focus on class actions and funded litigation.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, large-scale disputes within a collaborative and well-resourced environment, supported by highly experienced Partners and senior practitioners.
You will be involved in a strong pipeline of significant litigation matters, including class actions and major corporate disputes. The role offers:

To be successful, you will have:
5+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation and/or class actions
A strong interest in class actions and third-party funded litigation
Excellent academic credentials and well-developed technical skills
Proven experience drafting court documents, pleadings and affidavits
Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative, team-focused approach and high attention to detail
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and desire for long-term career growth
