This distinguished practice specializes in class action and insolvency litigation. The team is recognized for achieving landmark recoveries across Federal and High Courts and shaping legal precedents.
As a Senior Associate, you'll play a central role in managing and advancing class action matters from strategy to resolution:
Lead all phases of class action litigation (Federal, High Court)
Conduct case analysis, manage pleadings, discovery, and court appearances
Draft detailed court documents, advices, and negotiation materials
Engage directly with stakeholders, expert witnesses, and co-counsel
Remain attuned to emerging legal trends in mass litigation practices
4–7 years’ PQE with solid plaintiff-side class action experience
Strong litigation background with excellent analytical and drafting skills
Strategic thinker able to swiftly assess complex client matters
Adaptable, client-focused, and collaborative under pressure
High-impact litigation with the potential to shape legal outcomes
