This is a critical role advising financial institutions, corporate clients, and insolvency professionals on complex restructures, enforcement actions, and high-stakes disputes.

What the role involves:
Advising on corporate restructuring, insolvency, receiverships and enforcement
Drafting and negotiating restructuring, recovery and security-related documents
Acting in significant commercial disputes and insolvency litigation
Working closely with clients to mitigate legal risk and shape strategy
Contributing to business development and mentoring junior team members
What we’re looking for:
5–7 years’ PAE in commercial litigation and/or insolvency law
Solid understanding of financing and security documentation and enforcement regimes
Expertise in restructuring, insolvency and complex commercial disputes
Commercial mindset with strong advisory and negotiation skills
ARITA Advanced Certification highly regarded
