You will join a specialist Corporate & Commercial team advising across a broad mix of work, including:
Private M&A (buy-side and sell-side transactions)
ICT, IP & Technology matters (media, licensing, privacy and data security)
Corporate governance and director advisory work
General commercial contracting, structuring and shareholder arrangements
This is a role that offers both variety and depth, working closely with nationally recognised senior practitioners in a supportive and collaborative environment.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
3+ years’ post-admission experience in corporate or commercial law
Experience operating at Associate or Senior Associate level
Exposure to franchising, technology or broader commercial work (preferred but not essential)
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to deliver practical, value-driven advice
A professional mindset and genuine interest in contributing to Western Sydney’s business growth
