What you’ll be doing
• Acting in corporate and personal insolvency matters, debt recovery, contractual disputes, directors’ liability, shareholder issues, partnership disputes, competition & consumer law, property, trusts and negligence claims
• Handling matters in superior courts and tribunals
• Working directly with a broad range of clients, from SMEs to high-net-worth individuals and corporates
• Building lasting client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

About you
• 3–6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation and insolvency OR insolvency accounting experience with legal qualifications
• ARITA membership or willingness to complete ARITA Advanced Certification
• Strong advocacy, drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset and excellent communication abilities
