An exciting opportunity has opened within a highly respected commercial litigation team at a national firm known for its strong presence across insurance, construction, property, and dispute resolution. This role is ideally suited to a driven lawyer with 4+ years' PAE and a keen interest in cyber risk, data breaches and privacy litigation.
About the Opportunity
In this role, you’ll work across a wide range of complex disputes, with a growing focus on cyber-related matters. You’ll advise clients on legal strategy, manage litigation workflows, and provide practical, commercially focused advice on cyber events, regulatory obligations, and risk exposure.

What You’ll Be Doing
Providing timely legal advice on commercial disputes and cyber-related claims
Managing matters end-to-end with autonomy and appropriate supervision
Conducting legal research and case analysis, staying across evolving legislation
Advising clients on cyber risk, privacy compliance and litigation strategy
Building client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
About You
4+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation or insurance law
Exposure to cyber, privacy, or data breach matters (or a keen interest to specialise)
Strong document management and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a high-performing team
A commercial mindset and client-first approach
