A top-tier international law firm is seeking a talented Dispute Resolution & Insolvency Lawyer to join its Melbourne office. This is a rare opportunity to work on large-scale, high-stakes litigation and commercial disputes alongside market-leading partners, with access to global clients, cutting-edge matters, and secondment opportunities.
About the Role
You’ll be working in one of Australia’s leading litigation teams, advising on a broad spectrum of matters including:
Complex commercial disputes and class actions
Restructuring and insolvency matters
Regulatory investigations and white-collar crime
Cross-border litigation and international arbitration

What You’ll Bring
2–4 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
Experience or interest in restructuring and insolvency matters (ideal but not essential)
Excellent drafting, communication and legal analysis skills
A team-oriented approach with initiative, curiosity, and commitment to high-quality work
Confidence in developing strong client relationships and contributing to business development
