Our client’s Brisbane Dispute Resolution & Litigation team forms part of a highly regarded national practice group acting for a diverse range of clients across commercial disputes and litigation, property, media, technology, mining, energy and resources, royal commissions and commissions of inquiry, competition and consumer law, intellectual property, and startups and emerging enterprises.

The team advises national and international clients, including listed entities, SMEs, private companies and high-net-worth individuals. It is led by respected, commercially focused partners recognised among Australia’s leading commercial litigation practitioners.


About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a Brisbane-based lawyer with 2–3 years’ post-admission experience in general commercial litigation to join this growing and well-established practice.

This is a fast-paced and engaging role offering exposure to high-quality work and clients, with genuine opportunities for professional development and career progression in a supportive environment.


About you

You will work closely with clients and senior lawyers on a broad range of complex dispute resolution and litigation matters, including:

  • Contractual and commercial disputes

  • Property and leasing disputes

  • Corporations Act matters, including insolvency disputes

  • Regulatory and compliance matters

  • Administrative law

  • Insolvency and recoveries

  • Information technology and intellectual property disputes
