About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time role offering hybrid working arrangements (60% in-office). The team is collaborative, ambitious, and works across major commercial sectors. Lawyers in this practice are exposed to a wide variety of disputes and are encouraged to build deep expertise in their areas of interest.
You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including:
Commercial and contractual disputes
Regulatory investigations and enforcement
Corporate crime and internal investigations
Class actions and arbitration
Royal Commissions, public inquiries, and coronial inquests
Large-scale project and infrastructure disputes
You’ll work closely with a range of partners and senior lawyers across multiple offices, gaining hands-on experience with some of the most prominent disputes in the region.
About You
You are a skilled litigation lawyer who is ready to join a dynamic and high-performing team. Ideally, you will have:
Experience in commercial litigation, gained in a large national or international firm (court or regulator experience will also be considered)
A strong interest in complex, high-value disputes and investigations
The ability to manage matters independently and contribute to business development initiatives
A desire to continue learning and developing, mentor others (depending on experience), and take ownership of your career growth
