An exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior Associate to join a high-performing Commercial Litigation and Insolvency team within a well-regarded national firm, based in Melbourne.
In this role, you'll work directly with a recognised litigation and insolvency specialist and collaborate across the broader disputes team on a broad mix of high-stakes litigation matters, including corporate insolvency, reconstruction, and complex commercial disputes.
The Opportunity
This position offers:
A 50/50 split of work across insolvency and general commercial litigation
A sophisticated client base of high-net-worth individuals, major creditors, corporates and insolvency practitioners
High levels of client interaction, autonomy and ownership

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ PAE with solid experience in commercial litigation and insolvency
A strong sense of commerciality and client-first mindset
Excellent drafting and written communication skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a genuine interest in the legal and commercial complexities of insolvency and disputes
Team-player attitude with the confidence to take initiative and lead matters
