The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Associate (6–8 PQE) to join a highly regarded disputes team in Sydney. The role has a strong focus on general commercial litigation, property disputes, and government/regulatory matters. You’ll be reporting directly to Partners and an SC, playing a key role in helping shape and build the team and practice.

The Role
Act on a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, property disputes, and regulatory litigation.
Collaborate with Partners and SC on strategy, while running files independently.
Contribute to team-building and practice development.
Work closely with clients and assist in strengthening existing relationships.
Mentor junior team members as the practice expands.
About You
6–8 years’ PQE in commercial litigation (property disputes experience highly valued).
Government/regulatory litigation experience advantageous.
Baseline security clearance desirable (not essential).
Confident advocate with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong client-facing skills and a genuine interest in contributing to practice growth.
