A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Dispute Resolution practice in Brisbane. About You:
4+ years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution, gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
Excellent drafting and verbal communication skills.
A commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and provide clear, practical advice.
Meticulous attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills.
A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Confidence to provide guidance and mentoring to junior lawyers.
A proactive, energetic approach with a strong commitment to client service and business development.
