Commercial & Corporate: Contractual breaches and shareholder disputes.
Property Litigation: Retail/commercial leasing, "make good" disputes, and land acquisition/sale conflicts.
Insolvency: Corporate insolvency and restructuring matters.
Public Law: Regulatory disputes and Administrative law.
Autonomy: Proficiently running matters from inception to resolution.
Advocacy: Frequent appearance work and managing court proceedings.
Technical Excellence: Drafting high-quality pleadings, evidence, and complex advice.
Mentorship: Acting as a collaborative leader and guiding junior solicitors within the practice.
Client Management: Building and maintaining direct relationships with key stakeholders in both the private and public sectors.
You are a proactive litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses:
5–6 years Post Admission Experience (PAE) within a reputable litigation practice.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and prioritize effectively.
A collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
