A leading national law firm is seeking a Special Counsel to join its esteemed Adelaide Litigation team. This senior role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters across commercial, banking, and insolvency litigation, with direct client access and collaboration with colleagues nationally.
Lead and manage commercial and insolvency-related litigation matters.
Support the Litigation partner by mentoring junior solicitors and associates.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, including insolvency firms, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
Provide assessments and litigation advice to clients and internal teams.
7+ years' post-admission experience in litigation.
Broad scope of commercial litigation experience across multiple jurisdictions.
Experience in complex banking recovery and insolvency matters is highly regarded.
Strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
