Join a premier disputes team in Brisbane handling high-end, complex litigation and investigations for major corporates across Australia and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial litigator with at least 4 years’ PQE to step into a leading practice where you’ll work on market-shaping cases and enjoy genuine support for your development and progression.
About the Role
You’ll advise a blue-chip client base across a variety of commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, and cross-border matters. Working closely with partners locally and nationally, this role offers exposure to high-stakes work spanning contract, corporations law, regulatory risk, financial services, class actions, and more.
You’ll be trusted with autonomy and given support to develop client relationships and supervise junior lawyers.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Commercially minded and solutions-focused
Confident managing files, mentoring juniors and leading matters where appropriate
A collaborative team player with a proactive and energetic approach
