Commercial Property Associate/SA 4+ PQE

A leading international law firm with a strong and growing Australian presence is looking to appoint a talented Commercial Real Estate Lawyer or Senior Associate to join its Brisbane-based team. About the Role

You will play a key role in a practice that services a diverse range of national and international clients across industries including aviation, tourism and hospitality, mining, infrastructure, and transport. Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on acquisitions and disposals of development sites and commercial, industrial and retail assets

  • Drafting and reviewing documents including EOIs, tenders, and heads of agreement

  • Acting for airport operators, developers, hotel/resort owners and operators

  • Advising on commercial agreements, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance

  • Collaborating with teams and clients across multiple jurisdictions and sectors

  • Supporting client growth initiatives and participating in strategic business development

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • 4+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial real estate

  • Experience advising on property transactions and a strong grasp of commercial contracts

  • Corporate law experience (desirable but not essential)

  • A collaborative mindset and confidence working both independently and within a team

  • High attention to detail and a strong commercial approach

  • A genuine interest in working on projects with strategic and economic impact
