A leading international law firm with a strong and growing Australian presence is looking to appoint a talented Commercial Real Estate Lawyer or Senior Associate to join its Brisbane-based team. You will play a key role in a practice that services a diverse range of national and international clients across industries including aviation, tourism and hospitality, mining, infrastructure, and transport. Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
Advising on acquisitions and disposals of development sites and commercial, industrial and retail assets
Drafting and reviewing documents including EOIs, tenders, and heads of agreement
Acting for airport operators, developers, hotel/resort owners and operators
Advising on commercial agreements, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance
Collaborating with teams and clients across multiple jurisdictions and sectors
Supporting client growth initiatives and participating in strategic business development
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
4+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial real estate
Experience advising on property transactions and a strong grasp of commercial contracts
Corporate law experience (desirable but not essential)
A collaborative mindset and confidence working both independently and within a team
High attention to detail and a strong commercial approach
A genuine interest in working on projects with strategic and economic impact
