You'll work across a diverse range of matters, gaining exposure to both commercial and property law in a supportive and collaborative team.
Drafting and advising on commercial contracts, structuring, and business advisory matters
Handling property transactions including sales, acquisitions, and developments
Leasing and property finance matters
General commercial and corporate advisory work
We’re looking for a motivated and personable lawyer who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys working autonomously while contributing to a tight-knit team.
You will have:
3–5 years' post-admission experience in commercial and/or property law
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
The ability to manage files independently and think commercially
A client-focused, solution-oriented approach
