About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in managing and advising on significant commercial property transactions and leasing matters. The position offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work with major clients across sectors such as health, tourism, rural, commercial, industrial, and retail. You are an experienced property lawyer operating at Senior Associate level, with proven capability in managing complex and high-value transactions. You bring strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills, along with a desire to support and develop junior team members. Your experience will include large-scale property and business transactions (due diligence, acquisitions, disposals, financing), commercial, industrial, and retail leasing, structured and mixed-use community title developments, liquor licensing and gaming, and rural property transactions. Strong client management, attention to detail, and the ability to lead files independently will be key to success in this role.
