About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will be trusted with significant responsibility across major commercial property transactions. This varied role will see you involved in capital transactions, general property work and leasing matters for clients across sectors including health, tourism, rural, commercial, industrial and retail.

About You
You will currently be operating at Senior Associate level with experience across a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
Large-scale transactions (due diligence, acquisitions, disposals and financing)
Commercial, industrial and retail leasing
Structured community title and mixed-use developments
Liquor licensing and gaming matters
Rural property transactions
You will have strong client-facing experience, the ability to independently manage files, and a demonstrated capability for building trusted client relationships. You will also bring a proactive approach to mentoring junior lawyers.
