Regulatory Advisory: Advise on complex economic and technical regulations across Australia and international jurisdictions.
High-Value Contracting: Lead the drafting and negotiation of wholesale access agreements, infrastructure sharing, and complex SLAs.
Strategic Projects: Manage cross-border mandates, including digital infrastructure rollouts and market entry strategies.
Client Leadership: Act as a primary point of contact for a sophisticated client base of multinational corporations and regulators.
Project Management: Coordinate multi-disciplinary workstreams to deliver commercially sharp legal solutions.
Experience: 3–7 years PQE in TMT, Commercial, or Regulatory law (Top-tier or specialist boutique background preferred).
Technical Rigor: Exceptional drafting skills and the ability to navigate dense, technical regulatory frameworks with ease.
Strategic Mindset: You don’t just "do law"—you translate complex requirements into clear, commercial strategies for your clients.
