Construction Personal Assistant (PA) | Sydney

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a high-performing construction and projects team within a leading national professional services environment.

Supporting a busy group of senior professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys being a trusted right-hand support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and client events
  • Preparing, formatting and amending documents and correspondence
  • Managing billing, expense processing and monthly reporting
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
  • File and matter management, including document administration
  • General administrative support to a busy team


About You

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within legal, professional services or a corporate environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • A proactive, adaptable and team-focused approach
