An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a high-performing construction and projects team within a leading national professional services environment.
Supporting a busy group of senior professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys being a trusted right-hand support.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, travel and client events
- Preparing, formatting and amending documents and correspondence
- Managing billing, expense processing and monthly reporting
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- File and matter management, including document administration
- General administrative support to a busy team
About You
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within legal, professional services or a corporate environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive, adaptable and team-focused approach
