Front-End Advisory: Provide strategic legal advice on project delivery, including contract model selection, tendering, and contract negotiation.
Dispute Resolution: Manage and advise on construction-related disputes, including adjudications under security of payment legislation, arbitrations, and litigation.
Client Collaboration: Work with a diverse client base, including local, national, and international contractors, consultants, and government entities.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Experience: At least 5 years' post-admission experience in construction and infrastructure law.
