Construction & Strata Litigation Lawyer to join a high-performing, collaborative practice for a
12-month ongoing contract. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded senior litigator, providing hands-on experience and direct mentorship on complex, high-value disputes.
The RoleYou will act on a range of
construction and strata litigation matters, including contractual disputes, defects claims, levy recovery, and regulatory proceedings. You’ll be actively involved in all stages of litigation—from strategy to courtroom advocacy—on matters
before the Supreme Court and other jurisdictions.

About You - Admitted as a Lawyer in NSW with strong litigation experience in the Supreme Court
- 3+ years’ PQE in construction, strata or commercial disputes
- Exceptional drafting, research, and advocacy skills
- Confident communicator who can build strong client relationships
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
