Senior Property Paralegal / Conveyancer

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Conveyancing: Independently manage property matters from initial instructions through to final settlement.

  • Transaction Management: Prepare, review, and draft contracts of sale and commercial/retail leases.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, estate agents, financiers, solicitors, and mortgagees.

  • Financial & Post-Settlement: Calculate settlement adjustments and attend to all pre- and post-settlement requirements.

  • Leasing Administration: Coordinate the execution and registration of leases and related transactions.

  • PEXA Management: Utilize PEXA for the seamless electronic lodgment and settlement of property transactions.

About You

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property-related roles, with a strong background in both residential and commercial transactions.

  • Technical Proficiency: PEXA experience is essential. You must be comfortable carrying matters independently.
