The Opportunity
A rare opportunity exists for a talented Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join a highly regarded practice group working on complex and rewarding matters. With a strong pipeline of work, this role offers direct client contact, high-quality transactions, and a clear pathway for career advancement within a supportive team environment.
You will gain exposure across:
Mergers & acquisitions.
Investment funds and funds management (highly regarded but not essential).
General corporate advisory and transactions.
Commercial contracting for both government and private clients.
This role is open to full-time and part-time candidates (3+ days per week) and welcomes applications from Associate through to Special Counsel level.
About You
We are seeking a motivated lawyer with:
Minimum 3 years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law.
Solid M&A experience (essential).
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
The ability to manage client relationships directly with confidence and professionalism.
A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor and work as part of a close-knit team.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
