We’re looking for someone who is:
2–5 years PQE in corporate transactions, ideally within a top-tier or well-regarded mid-tier firm
Genuinely interested in M&A and corporate advisory
Strong in legal drafting and technical analysis, with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator – both written and verbal
Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player with client-first mindset
Legally qualified with a strong academic record
