About the Role
Our growing Corporate Advisory team is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join a dynamic practice advising on high-profile domestic and international corporate transactions. This role offers exposure to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and complex equity arrangements, with the opportunity to be involved in end-to-end deal execution—from structuring and negotiation to completion and post-deal integration.
This is a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating role, ideal for someone looking to deepen their expertise in corporate transactional work while working on commercially significant deals.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on M&A, private equity, and corporate transactions.
Manage end-to-end deal processes, including structuring, negotiation, completion, and post-deal integration.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with a high-performing, collegial team on market-leading transactions.
Who We’re Looking For
4–7 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate transactional work.
Strong background in M&A and complex equity arrangements.
Commercially minded, with excellent legal expertise and client-focused skills.
