Are you a high-calibre Corporate lawyer looking to step up into a Chambers Band 1 practice? We are currently seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join one of Australia’s most prestigious Corporate teams.

The scope of this role is exceptionally varied. You won't be pigeonholed; instead, you will gain exposure to a broad range of sectors including Mining, Infrastructure, Energy, Tech, and Financial Services. Your remit will include:
Public M&A: Takeovers and schemes of arrangement.
Private M&A: High-value business/share sales and acquisitions.
Equity Capital Markets: IPOs and capital raisings.
Corporate Governance: Advising boards on head office and regulatory matters.
Private Equity: Acting for major domestic and international sponsors.
To be successful in this high-performing environment, you will bring:
Proven Experience: Prior experience within a leading Corporate M&A or Capital Markets practice (Top Tier, International, or leading National firm).
Project Management: The ability to run smaller matters independently and lead significant workstreams on large-scale transactions.
