You will work closely with a highly regarded senior practitioner and a dynamic team on a broad mix of transactions, including:
Private equity acquisitions and divestments
Infrastructure and energy investment deals
Direct investments for superannuation funds
Joint ventures, restructures and strategic M&A
Cutting-edge, first-of-their-kind transactions in the Australian market
This role offers consistent exposure to premium, high-profile matters and the chance to work directly with sophisticated institutional clients.
What You’ll Bring
2–8 years’ PQE in corporate/M&A from a reputable firm
Strong drafting, advisory and negotiation skills
