Supporting two well-regarded Partners within the Corporate & Commercial practice, your day-to-day will involve high-level administrative management and sophisticated client liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Management: Managing busy calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling domestic and international travel arrangements.
Financial Administration: Managing the end-to-end billing cycle using Elite 3E, including time entry and expense processing.
Document Production: Preparing, formatting, and proofreading complex commercial documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Bilingual Communication: Utilizing your Mandarin proficiency to assist with client communications and specialized documentation.
File Management: Maintaining electronic files within iManage and ensuring all records meet strict compliance standards.
To be successful in this role, you will be a "hit the ground running" assistant with a sharp eye for detail and a polished professional manner.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary, ideally within a Corporate or Commercial practice.
Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is essential to support the team's client base.
Technical Savvy: Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook) and experience with iManage and Elite 3E (or similar large-firm billing software).
Work Ethic: A proactive attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities for multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
