About the Opportunity
You'll work alongside senior leaders on major M&A transactions, project development and financing matters that are driving Australia's energy and tech transition. The role offers genuine exposure to end-to-end projects, with a chance to engage directly with clients and take the lead on complex, meaningful work from day one.
Whether it's regulatory advisory, due diligence, joint ventures, project acquisition/sale or development finance — your work will have a tangible impact on key national projects and innovation-led industries.
You’ll Be Involved In:
High-value transactions and development projects in the energy, infrastructure and tech sectors
Drafting and negotiating key project and corporate documentation
Client-facing work with real autonomy and ownership of matters
Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing and growing national practice
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ post-admission experience in corporate law
Exposure to M&A, project development or finance (sector experience ideal but not essential)
Excellent drafting, advisory and stakeholder management skills
A commercially-minded and proactive approach
A genuine desire to work on innovative projects in a supportive team culture
