About this Role
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated banking and finance lawyer to join a high-performing national practice. This role will see you working with leading financial institutions, private lenders, and corporate clients across a wide variety of finance transactions.
Advising on and preparing loan and security documentation across bilateral, syndicated, and project finance deals
Assisting on complex financial arrangements, including property and acquisition finance
Managing transactions end-to-end with support from senior lawyers
Conducting legal research and drafting tailored commercial advice
Liaising directly with clients, lenders, and external stakeholders
2+ years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance law
Exposure to front-end transactional finance matters (property finance experience is advantageous)
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commercial acumen and client-focused communication style
