About the Role
A leading corporate advisory team is seeking a Lawyer with 1-2 years’ post-qualification experience to join their growing Melbourne office. The team provides high-quality, commercially focused advice across corporate law, with a particular emphasis on M&A transactions and equity capital markets fundraisings.
You will work on a diverse range of clients across sectors such as energy and resources, aviation, logistics, telecommunications, media and technology, biotech and healthcare, pharmacy, aged care, and retail. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise while contributing to high-profile, complex deals.
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years’ experience in a reputable corporate and commercial law practice.
Strong understanding of corporate law and M&A best practices.
Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and engage closely with clients.
Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional client service.
