About the Role
This role offers exceptional exposure to complex, cross-border investment and funds work. You'll work alongside three of the country’s most respected investment funds practitioners and be part of one of the largest and most highly regarded global IM&F teams.
You’ll advise major global and domestic fund managers, institutional investors, and asset managers across a wide range of investment structures and transactions, particularly in sectors like private equity, real estate, infrastructure, energy, and debt.
Key Responsibilities
Structuring, establishing and advising on a wide variety of funds, investment vehicles and mandates
Supporting transactions in real assets sectors including PE, infrastructure, real estate and renewables
Advising leading institutional investors and asset managers across cross-border matters
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Contributing to business development and the strategic growth of the Australian funds practice
What You’ll Bring
4+ years’ post-admission experience in funds, asset management or financial services law
Strong technical and drafting skills with experience in complex transactional work
A team-oriented approach with a desire to contribute to a growing practice
A commercial mindset and excellent client service instincts
An interest in developing cross-border expertise and a global practice
