A leading national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its dynamic Corporate & Commercial team in Brisbane. This role offers exposure to a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate governance, and commercial contracting, across various sectors such as resources, technology, and biotechnology.
Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and compliance with ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act.
Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance and commercial transactions.
Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial agreements.
Manage complex transactions and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to their professional development.
Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
Strong understanding of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
Proven experience in handling complex corporate transactions and commercial agreements.
Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
