About the team
The Real Assets team sits at the intersection of infrastructure, real estate, private capital and corporate M&A. The group advises institutional investors, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and global asset managers on some of the most high-profile and high-value transactions in the market.
You’ll be involved in large-scale, strategic deals across the real estate and infrastructure sectors — including data centres, logistics, living, healthcare, student accommodation and commercial assets. The work frequently involves cross-border elements and collaboration with international counsel and investment teams.
About you
You’re an ambitious lawyer who thrives on complex, high-stakes work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You’ll bring:
5+ years’ post-admission experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate, real estate or infrastructure transactions
A strong interest in large-scale real asset deals involving private capital and institutional investors
Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
A proactive, commercial mindset and the ability to manage complex legal and business issues
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
A genuine interest in growing your career within a high-performing team
