A leading national law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its Corporate & Commercial team in Adelaide. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work, working with a broad client base across various industries.
Advise clients on complex corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raisings.
Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and service contracts.
Provide strategic corporate governance advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored legal solutions.
Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners on high-profile matters.
At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage matters independently.
