About the role:
You will work as part of a high-performing team managing litigated personal injury claims, with a particular focus on CTP. The practice includes complex and high-value matters, including catastrophic injuries, medical disputes, and fraudulent claims. You’ll also support clients with claims strategy, systems reviews, and risk analysis.
What you’ll need to succeed:
At least 1 year of post-admission experience in insurance or commercial litigation
Prior experience with CTP or personal injury matters is highly regarded
Excellent file management and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and work collaboratively in a dynamic legal team
Plaintiff or in-house backgrounds will be considered
