Associate – Commercial Litigation & Class Actions

Are you an ambitious lawyer with a passion for commercial litigation and class actions? We’re seeking a talented Associate with at least 4 years’ post-admission experience to join a high-performing Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-value disputes, including large-scale corporate litigation and class actions, in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
You’ll be involved in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, with a strong focus on class actions and funded litigation. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to sophisticated disputes and working directly with Australian and international litigation funders.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming matters, this position offers excellent scope for professional growth and career advancement.
Minimum 4 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation
Strong technical legal skills and an excellent academic record
Demonstrated interest or experience in class actions and funded litigation
Excellent drafting skills, including court documents and affidavits
Exceptional time management and the ability to manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
A collaborative team player with a proactive and “can-do” attitude
