The Opportunity
A leading national insurance law practice is seeking an Employment & Safety Associate (2–5 PAE) to join its highly regarded Professional Indemnity team.
This role offers exposure to a unique mix of front-end advisory and litigation work across employment, workplace safety, and financial lines matters, working with insurers, insureds, and direct corporate clients.
You’ll join a collaborative, well-resourced team known for its strong mentorship, supportive culture, and high-quality work.

The Role
You will work across a broad range of employment and safety matters, including:
  • Advising on employment and industrial relations issues
  • Acting in employment-related disputes including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and general protections claims
  • Representing clients in tribunals and courts
  • Drafting employment contracts, policies, and enterprise agreements
  • Advising on performance management and workplace risk issues
  • Assisting with occupational health & safety prosecutions
  • Exposure to broader professional indemnity and financial lines work

About You
  • 2–5 years’ PAE in employment law, workplace safety, or insurance litigation
  • Ability to manage files and work independently
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Commercial, solutions-focused mindset
